To launch CRAVE Pet Food in Australia, we created a first-of-its-kind recommendation engine that brought ancestral feeding principles to life. Using millions of data points from research clinics, vets, breeders, and scientists, we built an intuitive tool where pet parents simply entered their pet’s name, age, and breed to receive a personalised video outlining their pet’s unique dietary, grooming, and exercise needs.

This experience extended beyond a one-time interaction, with a tailored email journey that deepened brand connection and kept CRAVE top of mind. By delivering hyper-personalised recommendations, we not only engaged pet parents but also strengthened CRAVE’s relationship with key retail partners, reinforcing its position as an innovative category leader.
